110 unit condominium complex that draws inspiration from the urban industrial context of the Marina del Rey working waterfront. The complex features a central garden courtyard and amenities geared toward the lifestyle of young urban professionals. An over-scaled entry gate opens onto the central court, animated by striking patterns in the hardscape that create the illusion of water that connects to the nearby waterfront.
This space also serves as an impromptu entertainment and art gallery space. Outdoor living amenities in the back garden court inspire residents to actively use the garden courts. Built-in BBQs, a communal bar table, and a large two-sided fireplace enhance several outdoor living rooms that can accommodate large and small groups. Densely planted shade trees provide a green canopy for the central garden courts and privacy for units with patios adjacent to the central garden courts.
