The Century Condominiums

Located at the intersection of Avenue of the Stars and Olympic Boulevard in Los Angeles’ Century City neighborhood, The Century Condominium is a new 42-story luxury residential tower designed by Robert A.M. Stern. The classic streamlined form and detailing of the tower recalls the glamour of Beverly Hills in the 1930’s and 40’s. Organized along the long axis of the site, the gardens frame the grand entrance, sweep through the lobby, and extend out into the grounds beyond, integrating generous outdoor living space with a park-like estate setting.
A great lawn occupies the center of the garden, framed symmetrically by intimate garden spaces, while a strolling path winds through a dense forest of soaring pines around the perimeter of the property, providing a space for exercise or moments of quiet contemplation in this urban context. The goal was to give residents opportunities for seclusion and privacy as well as recreation, dining and entertainment.
