Maple Drive Commercial Complex

In order to attract tenants in the highly competitive Class A commercial market, Tishman Speyer engaged PB&Co to design a series of public and semi-private spaces for an existing corporate campus on Maple Drive in Beverly Hills. The complex includes a 170,000-square foot structure originally constructed in 2003 by Gwathmey, Siegel & Associates. Set atop 3 levels of subterranean parking, the campus features over 26,000 square feet of entry space and gardens. A landscaped entry along North Maple Drive, breakout garden spaces for public and semi-private gatherings, and exterior balconies offer employees a variety of informal outdoor meeting spaces and access to lush landscaped gardens.
